(collectively, the "Service") provided under the name "Labuanbajopropertyinvest".
The Service is operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group
(collectively, "we", "us", or "our").

• Concierge-style referrals to third-party providers, including but not limited to
  accommodation providers, real estate agents or brokers, property managers, tour

We do not own, manage, or directly operate the properties, assets, tours, or services
featured or referred to on the Service, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Any mention of a property, project, service provider, or opportunity is for information
and referral purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

• We are not a real estate broker, financial institution, or legal firm unless
  explicitly identified as such by applicable registration and licensing information;
• We are not a party to contracts or arrangements you may enter into with any third
  party introduced through the Service;
• We do not hold, receive, or disburse funds on behalf of users for real estate,
  travel, or any other transaction, unless clearly indicated and subject to separate

• IDR 5,000,000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah).

liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
